Mister Rogers introduces his viewers to Leo Sewell, an artist who creates sculptures from things people often discard. Mrs. McFeely shows things she has made from throw-aways. In Make-Believe, there's so much garbage it's even starting to smell. The neighbors offer different solutions for their garbage problem, but they learn that some problems are too big for them to solve without help from others.
