WORKS IN ANY BUILDING SCALE AND NEARLY EVERY DIMENSIONAL UNIT the 91 scales are grouped into modes for Architectural, Engineering and Civil/Map scales. To change scales simply press the scale key to cycle through all the available choices. Same for units from feet-inch, to decimal feet, decimal inches (10ths, 100ths), yards, meters, millimeters, centimeters. Even acres and hectares for area calculations.
LINEAR, AREA AND VOLUME TAKEOFFS Get instant linear values for sill plates, trenches, curbing, piping, wiring, etc. Or, roll two sides of any square or rectangle and instantly get square areas for flatwork, flooring, roofing, wall surfaces, etc. Add a depth or height and get cubic volumes for excavations, fill, concrete and more.
MORE TIME SAVING FUNCTIONS built in manual counter lets you count individual outlets, posts, fixtures, etc. while the Auto-count can tell you how many times a pre-set distance has been rolled. Constant (+K) to add or subtract a pre-set distance from the end of any roll (i.e., for electrical drops). A subtract function, scale-lock and US or Metric mode switch adds to your convenience.
