Question 1: How can the RGB LED tv light Relieve Eye Strain?
Answer: When you are watching tv in a dark room, the tv is a bright and flickering lighting source. Answer: Yes, the tape is 3M VHB tape, it will be more sticky when get heated(Working tv will generate heat).
But please remember, clean the back surface of the tv before sticking.

Question 4: Is this an RF or IR remote?
Answer:This is a RF Wireless Remote(Updated). No need to worried the receiver.
Basically, if it's infrared, there will be a receiver on the cord, so the remote will work only when you pointed the remote to the receiver.
