Description

Baileigh hole saw notcher is the perfect tube notching machine for the economical garage fabricator that needs to assemble and weld tubing at varying angles for applications such as mud racers, rock crawlers, midget cars, go karts and much more. This product can be vertically mounted in a drill press, or for larger pieces it can be horizontally mounted on a weld bench or in a vise and powered by a portable drill. The hole saw tube notcher is made of thick 1/2 inch plate steel with a set of industrial grade needle bearings that are replaceable should the need ever arise. The spindle is made of a 1-inch ground and polished shaft for longevity and less vibration. The hole saw notcher can notch at angles up to 50 degrees in less than 30 seconds and has a capacity of up to 2-inches round tube.
