In a word, the Monster Tracker from Kyosho is simply made to be FUN! Its a hobby-grade 2WD Monster Truck thats well suited for new enthusiasts, very reasonably priced, and capable of big wheelies and some high flying action! The pickup truck body rides high and proud in true Monster style on terra-type tires that are big and wide. The Monster Tracker is built on a tough 2WD chassis that features big oil shocks, a very proportional and precision 2.4 GHz radio. When the terrain gets tough, the Monster Tracker has some even tougher features to keep you running. The Monster Tracker is powered by a 22-turn 540-size motor. Its got a LOT of punch for easy wheelies, and its still got the gearing for top speeds in the 20 mph range. The Monster Tracker is not, however, intentionally imbalanced to make wheelies easier. Wheelies are accomplished through the strong torque of the included motor and the strong power delivery of the included Team Orion electronic speed controller. A one-touch latch on the battery cover in the bottom located on the bottom of the chassis makes battery changes easy, and it doesnt require the removal of the body. Simply flip the truck over and press the release for the latch, and the battery cover is easily removed to install a fresh battery. The Monster Tracker includes a Team Orion 1800 Ni-MH battery and an international wall charger to get you going. The included battery is also compatible with most brands of fast chargers should you choose to invest in a more advanced charger. Power is delivered to the Terra-type monster truck tires via a robust transmission that internally features four steel spider gears inside the 1/8-scale type differential.
