Our goal with the Classic Line is to provide a better alternative to the processed "meat" snacks in the marketplace without compromising value. So we stuck to our roots and kept it simple. Whole muscle pieces of beef jerky sliced from solid cuts of beef. Whole cuts of beef are sliced, marinated, and slow-cooked for over two and a half hours at low temperatures to maximize flavor and maintain tenderness of the meat. A balance of sweet & savory notes with a hint of cracked black pepper on the finish.
