Question:
1. Will the cloth shrink after wash? Will it pill?
The possibility of shrinking or pilling is small as each one has been tested and processed before selling. There is out-bound check as well to stop shipping any pilling cloth. For different wash methods, cloth may shrink or pill and customers can contact us for help within the warranty and we will do our best to support.

2. Is the color same as what shows in the picture?
Except the color of the string may be different, others are the same with the picture. Du to monitor's brightness/contrast settings etc, the color tone of the website's photo and the actual item could be slightly different. Customers can contact us with picture as proof if they believe they received wrong item, we will support accordingly.

3. Wash method suggestion
Hand wash or machine wash, dryer or ironing is not recommended

4. Is this for men only?
No, this is designed for men initially but some female customer also mentioned that it looks good on women as well.
