Biltong is a specialty of the South African and Namibian cuisine consisting of air-dried beef and venison; comparable to the Beef Jerkey known in the US (dried meat). With this cutting board with integrated knife these specialties can easily be sliced , but also many other foods are easily parted . Bamboo is by nature anti-bacterial and therefore a hygienic alternative to wood cutting boards.
