Paradise Seeds add a peppery zing, and a hint of citrus and pine aromas to your beer. Use sparingly, a 1/2 teaspoon for a 5 gallon batch is all you need. Crush lightly by using a plastic bag and rolling pin or hammer before adding during the last 2 - 5 minutes of the boil. Works well with 1/4 to 1/2 ounce of licorice root, honey, molasses, or 1/4 to 1/2 ounce of sweet orange peel.
