Featuring a bright 5" viewing area for comfortable viewing, and illuminated by 56 ultra-bright and energy-efficient surface-mount diode (SMD) LED lights, clarity is right at your fingertips. The 650 lumens of brightness allows you to see objects with true color accuracy.

What is the difference between SMD LED and LED?

SMD LED, short for surface-mount LED, are brighter and even more energy-efficient than traditional round LEDs. This new LED technology doubles the lifespan of traditional LEDs, lasting up to 100,000 hours for even more energy savings. Your lamp stays cool to the touch always, and needs just 9 watts of energy. Designed with you in mind

The beamEX Reader is ergonomically-designed to help you see better and work better. Bendable up to 90 degrees, the 10" lamp arm extends the lamp's reach and viewing area. A universal joint allows the lamp head to pivot to a comfortable angle. Constructed with a heavy-duty weighted base, 5 utility slots, and a dust cover, this lamp is built to be a workhorse in any workspace. There is even a built-in Allen wrench (hex key) at the bottom of the lamp so you can easily adjust the lamp arm.
