USB3.1 Type-C Compatibility Overview
USB-C is a new standard with much versatility. As a result, compatibility information is complex. For a current known list of systems this hub support Windows 10 / 8 / 7 / Vista / XP, Mac OS X 10.2(and above), Chrome OS with a type-C port. But some USB-C systems support Alt Mode video output, while others do not. Some can be powered and charged via USB-C PD, while others do not.Most current phones and tablets with USB-C ports do not support Alternate Mode video output, and some do not support USB Power Delivery. Consult your device documentation or contact device manufacturer to confirm compatibility with these technologies.
Note
1. USB-C Power Delivery port does not support data transfer.
2. When connecting this product to Chromebook, the USB3.0 port sometimes can not work normally. This problem is caused by the incompatibility of the Chromebook system, not by the product itself
3. USB ports do not charge iPad or other tablets.
4. We recommend using your original manufacturer charger adapters and cables to charge via the Type-C port.
