Question 1:
Why does the alarm clock and outdoor sensor lose connection?
Answer 1
The following reasons may cause a loss of connectivity between the indoor host and the outdoor sensor:
1.Radio signals absorbed by metal objects, Please try to change the remote sensor's position.
2.Host's receiving channel doesn't corresponding with outdoor sensor's channel, please read the fifth point"The connecting setting" in user manual.
3.There's similar signal in the environment, please change the host and sensor to another channel.

Question 2:
Why does the temperature and humidity of the product show deviations from the real temperature and humidity?
Answer 2
The product is calibrated by precision reference when it is manufactured, but each product has a slight difference in their electronic material used to determine temperature and humidity. Even if the product is calibrated, the measured data can't be as accurate as standard references, this error is going to be less than 5%.

Question 3:
Why does the product shows different outdoor indoor date when the transmitter and host are put together?
Answer 3
Host and transmitter have a slight difference in their electronic material used to determine temperature and humidity, and they are individually calibrated by precision reference when they were manufactured, this error is also going to be less than 5%.
