HELIUM or AIR: Filling balloon with helium means the confetti will be mostly nestled towards the bottom of the balloon (due to the properties of helium). Filling balloon with air allows for the confetti, especially the mylar flakes, to stick to the sides of the balloon, creating a visually beautiful sight.
NOTE: Pictures may show some balloons filled with helium and some filled with air. Easy assembly required. There is extra confetti in each package for decorative uses- do not use too much confetti per balloon as the weight of the confetti may weigh down against the helium. Use 3-4 pinches of confetti per balloon only.

Cleanup hints: Gold or silver mylar flakes can be easily picked up using packing tape or similar tape. Tissue paper is biodegradable and also easily picked up by hand, sweeping, or packing tape.
