Attention please:
Please don't expose the probe or probe wire to flames or barbeque, please keep away the probe wire from the high temperature, which it may cause short circuit and deteriorate the probe.
Please don't put the probe wire into the water, or submerse the probe into water. The stainless steel probe SHOULD be handwashed, and wipe the probe with dry clothes before using.
