An award-winning waterproof, buildable formula, DIPBROW delivers easy application and matte finish that wont smudge or smear. You can easily outline, fill, and texturize your eyebrows, for a pristine look, everyday.

HOW TO USE.

Apply a small amount of pomade onto an angled brow brush with short, stiff bristles.
Gently distribute the product into the brush on the back of your hand or across the inside of the cap.
Lightly apply DIPBROW in a line along the bottom of the arch and blend upward to distribute color evenly
Line the top of the brow, and fill sparse areas with thin brush strokes.
Blend gently to complete your brow
