To ensure our customers have the same delicious experience at home with our do-it-yourself cannoli kits, our delicate cannoli shells are vacuum packed in individual trays to ensure they ship safely and arrive fresh, crispy and unbroken.Mini-Shell Kit -contains 2 dozen (24) 3" mini cannoli shells, chocolate chips, powdered sugar, cannoli kit instruction sheet + 2 lbs. of cream.

We sweeten the low-moisture ricotta with just the right amount of confectioners' sugar so as not to cover up its fresh, distinct, sweet cheese flavor.
Vanilla-Cinnamon Nicknamed the "West Coast Cream", our Vanilla-Cinnamon cannoli cream seems to be more popular with our west coast customers and those experiencing cannoli for the first time. While this cream is made with the same quality ingredients as our Classic White cream, it's a little less traditional with a touch of premium pure vanilla bean extract and a pinch of imported cinnamon that will tempt you to eat the cream straight from the pastry bag!
