The Artisan DoughMates are one-half of the size of the professional DoughMates.

The build quality is the same as the professional version, but the smaller size allows them to fit in most home refrigerators, for overnight proofing.

It is highly recommended that you measure your fridge to confirm that they will fit, and in some refrigerators, you may need to move the shelves around a little to make room. Most refrigerators will let you customize where the shelves and door racks go.

DoughMate pizza dough trays are used for pizza dough storage, proofing, and are really convenient for bringing your dough from the kitchen outside to your brick oven or even keeping the dough handy on your counter.
