Description

The Etching Tool for the Cricut Explore One fits in the blade housing unit; just remove the blade and insert The Etching Tool. It can be used to engrave and etch plastics, acrylics, metal clay, and can also etch/engrave on flat metal (copper, bronze, silver, aluminum) as long as the metal can fit under the Cricut rollers. Although the tool theoretically could etch steel/stainless steel, the machines don't provide enough pressure for success. It may also etch on glass and some papers. Test before investing in expensive media. Please note that this tool does NOT work in any machine but the one indicated in this listing.
