The AlphaTherm Windshield Washer Fluid Heater dramatically improves the performance of your vehicles windshield washer system by heating your washer fluid to 140 degree Fahrenheit. The hot fluid is dispensed via the vehicle factory washer switch while utilizing the fluid in your factory washer reservoir. In the winter months, the heated fluid is used to melt frost, ice, and snow off of the windshield and wiper arms. The hot fluid can prolong the life of your wiper blades and improve the spray pattern of the fluid on your windshield. The heated wash feature can prevent standing outside scraping the windshield in cold or unsafe areas. During warmer months the unit helps to eliminate summer glare by removing road oil, haze and streaks and quickly dissolve and remove mud, dirt, bird dropping and sap. The heated fluid will never crack the windshield. The AlphaTherm windshield washer fluid heater is a 5.5 X 4.0 X 1.75 inch device that is designed to be mounted in the vehicle engine compartment by most do-it-yourselfers in 30 minutes or less. The unit is simply connected to the vehicle battery and washer hoses and is designed to keep several ounces of washer fluid between 130F and 140F at all times while the engine is running.
