Using Grandma Thelma's own Snickerdoodle cookie recipe, mother and son started selling the sandwiches at the Des Moines downtown farmer's market -- and fans quickly flocked to their little push cart! Now Thelma's Treats are sold throughout the Midwest and are available in nine flavors - Original Snickerdoodle with Vanilla, Choc Chip with Vanilla, Sugar Cookie with Strawberry, Double Choc with Mint, Sugar Cookie with Coffee, Double Choc with choc, Peanut Butter Choc Chip with Choc, Cayenne Choc Chip with Vanilla, Peanut Butter with Banana.
