About leather

On market, there are several primary types of real leather construction: Top grain leather, genuine leather and bonded leather. Bonded leather is made from ground up and glued leather shavings.

While there are also two primary types of faux leather construction: polyurethane("PU"), and polyvinyl chloride (PVC - "Vinyl"). PU fabric is softer, more flexible, breathable and durable than Vinyl.

Why choose PU Leather

1.No Harm - We prefer faux leather simply because no animals are harmed in themaking of the material.

2.Durability- PU leather is very durable and will last a long time. It can withstand scratches and scrapes that would mar genuine leather.

3.Low Maintenance- Genuine leather will retain moisture and become warped or cracked, while PU leather can usually be wiped clean with a rag and warm water.

4.Realistic Quality- Faux leather has been modified and improved with variations in grain, color and textures to reflect a visual appearance with a realistic leather quality.

5.Economical - "bonded leather" is an inferior real leather, frequently beginning to"peel" away, and some sellers mislead consumers believing they are buying genuine leather. However, PU leather is much more durable, flexible,breathable and cheaper than bonded leather.
