This 15QT heavy duty mixer is suitable for bakehouse , hotel, restaurant, canteen, school and other food processing establishments to mix raw material such as cream ,egg ,stuffing , dough

There are 3 rotational speed with three different stirrers for different material:
A . Wire shape Stirrer : Mainly for the dilute material such as cream and egg
B . Tabular Stirrer : Mainly for the thick material such as meat paste
C . Spiral Stirrer: Mainly for making dough in short time

Component material to making dough as below:
Flour : Not more than 3KG
Water : Not less than 50%
Speed : Low
NOTES:If the water is less than 50% ,please reduce the material to avoid overload working
