LY-360 Semi-automatic Sheet Embosser Metal Machine with 4mm Aluminum Plate

Introduction

This embosser is designed to emboss letters, numbers and simple symbols on sheets made of varies materials including copper, aluminum, stainless steel and plastic with a certain depth of 0.1~0.3mm by pressing rubber hammer, maximum label size of 7.8"*5.3" (200*135mm). Its stepless adjustment agent will adjust embosser position, word spacing and line spacing. Character height can be adjusted by changing different case plates (4mm/0.16" for this listing). Different letters and numbers can be easily changed by turning around the case plate

How it works:

1. By high-frequency quenching of steel turn dial in the external force (hand pressure or a rubber hammer to hit), engraved on the metal plate out of a certain depth (0.1 ~ 0.3mm deep) letters or numbers

2. Heat-treated steel rotatable dial to the desired letter or number, easy to replace the words

3. Engraving position, spaced by specialized mechanical stepless adjustment

4. Rely on manual adjustment of the spacing between words

5. Different character height can achieve by replacing the dial

6. Various shapes appearance less than 200X130mm engraving signs can be clamped
