Killer City Guitars Classic Medium 5's are the five-string variant of our popular four-string Classic 105's. The winding on these traditional long scale roundwound strings is constructed from nickel-plated steel wire, complementing the round core by adding a layer of brighter tonality while protecting against fret wear. The nickel plated steel offers long life and heavy durability. These strings can take a beating. *Nickel plated steel requires some breaking in before they achieve their peak performance.* These strings are a bridge through design and may not work with some body string through designs.
