Note:
1. The USB C ports of some devices ONLY has charging or data transfer function, no video output function(Such as HP envy 13). Please make sure the USB C Port of your device has video output function before purchase. Otherwise, this item will not work for you.
2. Both HDMI and VGA output supports video to monitor/HDTV. HDMI also supports audio output, but VGA doesn't have that capability.
3. This item is compatible with USB Type-C Thunderbolt 3 devices that are capable of outputting a DisplayPort signal (DP Alt Mode).
4. If the two screens are not full-screen display when using VGA+HDMI simultaneously, please try to adjust the output resolution of your device.
