This cup can be boiled for up to ten minutes without cracking, though you shouldn't need to boil it for more than 5 minutes to clean. Quickly but carefully fill the cup with desired solution and tilt head back. Move your eye around up and down & back and forth for ten seconds for the best rinse and results.
