Description

The Extract-All compact Fume Extraction System gives you a safer, healthier workplace by capturing and removing contaminants at the source. The system collects and filters smoke, dust, and odors from: soldering, heat bending, dental grinding, light welding, sanding and grinding, solvents, mixing powders and chemicals, wire stripping, jewelry buffing and many other light to moderate industrial and laboratory activities. This is a dual arm system for multiple users. Arms are made of heavy-duty, chemical, abrasion, and heat resistant polypropylene with flame retardant characteristics. Can withstand temperatures from -40 to 180 degree F. Reach is from 36" to 53". Arms have no internal supports which allows optimum airflow and performance. CFM is increased by up to 50 percent over internally supported arms. Extractor Arms are Flexible, Can be bent, twisted and turned easily without breaking. Self Supporting rigid enough to retain its shape. Expandable diameter can be increased to form a hood or decreased to form a nozzle simply by twisting hose by hand. Optional Slotted inlet cover can be used as a backdraft/downdraft pickup. Slotted inlet cover options include 6" deep full hood. Exhaust Air Deflector diverts clean air downward. Blower: 350W, 2.8 amps, 120/1/60, 2000 RPM, variable speed control, and power cord with plug. Typical motor life: 100,000 hours. Rated fan performance: 350 CFM at 0.5" E.S.P., 240 CFM at 2.0" E.S.P., 100 CFM at 2.75" E.S.P. Velocity at extractor arm inlets: 3500 FPM per arm. Velocity at grated inlet: 275 FPM.
