PRODUCT SPECS This medium gel pack compress wrap measures 10" x 12" and consists of a washable cover with 2 2" x 12" attached strapping and one 10" x 12" gel insert. USE IT ANYWHERE Ideal applications are the knee, shin/calf, arm elbow, or use it anywhere! ELASTIC STRAPPING FOR EASY APPLICATION The hook-sensitive elasticized strapping and hook-sensitive cover make these products infinitely adjustable and allow "hands free" therapy. Hot and cold therapies WILL NOT WORK if you are up walking around, however. Muscles need to be relaxed to receive the benefit of penetrating hot and cold therapies. DESIGNED FOR PENETRATING COLD The product keeps your injury at the optimal temperature for the optimal time with our non-toxic proprietary gel staying colder than ice.
