Description

This headset training bundle comes with a "Y-Training Splitter Cord" #27019-03 and Ergonomic Telephone Interface cable that connects the two XS 820 Mono headsets to a single phone to perform agent training, supervisory, coaching, multi-users on one call.

Note: The Telephone Interface cable is configurable to work with many business telephones including Analog, Digital, IP and VoIP phones.
