The Glove Radar is a small Doppler radar weighing only 3 ounces, packaged in a rugged, attractive plastic case. It is attached to any ball glove with a multi-strand nylon paracord that offers over 300 pounds of tensile strength. The glove-mounted radar has been proven to withstand poundings of baseballs at speeds in excess of 100 mph. It measures ball speed from 12 mph to over 100 mph typically within 1 mph of more expensive radar guns measuring ball speed in the same relative location . It is a very low power radar, transmitting much less power than typical cell phones and portable phones. It is powered by a small N/3 size , 3 volt lithium camera battery.
