Tips:

Please open the battery cover with a coin and then put the battery out to set the default to "Fahrenheit" or "Celsius".

How to calibrate:

1. Prepare a cup of freezing water
2. Test the temperature and wait it close to 32F"
3. When the reading is stable,take a long press of the "hold" button until it shows"CALL"
4. This thermometer will calibrate automatically and dispaly "32F"
5. The thermometer is calibrated well.

Notice:

1. Do not leave thermometer in oven while cooking, do not touch hot probe with bare hands.
2. Before withdrawing from food, press HOLD button. It will "hold" the temperature reading.
3. Wash the metal probe in soapy water. Clean thermometer by hand. Do not completely immerse in water.
4. The folding probe is with a sharp tapered end, fold away when not in use making the wireless unit a small and convenient size for your pocket or drawer.
