In a single step, create gooey grilled cheese, press the perfect panini, or efficiently grill a chicken cutlet to top your salad. Aluminum induction plates on both sides of the Flipwich distribute heat evenly across the pan. This lightweight pan creates a sealed cooking environment for your sandwiches, locking in heat and cooking much faster. Flipwich has a grill texture on both interlocking panels. The stay-cool handles are equipped with a handle clip keep Flipwich closed while you're in the middle of flipping.

Copper-infused ceramic cookware. Red Copper Flipwich is as easy to clean as it is easy to use. Each panel of the Flipwich has a double-coated copper-infused ceramic non-stick and scratch-resistant cookware coating. Your sandwiches will slide right out of the pan. There's no need to use added oil, butter, or grease. No scrubbing, no scraping. The copper-infused ceramic cookware coating does not contain any PFOAs or PTFEs, the chemicals normally added to the non-stick coating of popular cookware sets. These chemicals disintegrate at high heats and can potentially flake off into food and become ingested.

Good to know. Red Copper Flipwich's grill pan floors measure 5-inches by 5.75-inches. It can accommodate a sandwich stuffed up to 1.25-inches deep. Flipwich is not recommended for the dishwasher.
