This blade is hand forged with 1095 and 15N20 High and Low Carbon Steel. This blade is up to 56 HRC ON ROCKWELL SCALE which holds the sharpness for long time and can be used for tough work. The entire knife is handmade at our facility from forging the Damascus billet to stitching the sheath. Our distinctive small production, custom process allows us to make the finest handmade knives at a matchless price. These hand ground blades have a comfortable handle shape inspired by Western style. Each knife comes with a custom made welted leather sheath. These knives are made from CARBON TOOL STEEL and require extra care to protect them from rust. The tip of the blade should always be clean. The Damascus blade should be treated with oil after use. Material like HORN, BONE AND STAG can have consisted in colour and hair line cracks and do not appear to be straight and even sometimes.
