Part of the Prepworks by Progressive S4 line of graters, the Grater Pod fits comfortably in one hand and is perfect for zesting citrus or grating cheese, ginger, parmesan, and chocolate. Sharp, straight, simple, and smart, each S4 grater features an etched stainless steel grating surface with Progressive's patent-pending design. The extra-sharp grating surface grates and zests faster, smoother and straighter--resulting in a higher output and less time spent grating. The Grater Pod allows you to zest and grate smaller ingredients right into the 1/4-cup capacity pod (4 tablespoons). The grater can be easily removed for quick access, and it includes a snap-on cover for protective storage. The base also has a non-skid bottom and it includes graduated measurements. It works equally well for both right- and left-handers. Dishwasher safe. It measures 3 by 5 by 1-1/2 inches (WxLxH).
