1. Spray the inside of Omelet Maker with a light coating of non-stick cooking spray.
2. If using vegetables, place raw vegetables in Omelet Maker. Fold in half and secure latch. Place CLOSED product in microwave and cook for approximately 1 minute, or until desired consistency is achieved. Remove Omelet Maker from microwave and open.
3. Crack 2 to 3 eggs into Omelet Maker with one tablespoon of milk or water (adding a small amount of liquid is recommended to create the fluffiest omelet possible). Use a fork to whisk thoroughly.
4. Place OPEN product flat in the microwave. Cook 1 to 2 minutes or until the center of the omelet is set. Remove from microwave.
5. Sprinkle omelet with cheese if desired.
6. Fold Omelet Maker in half to fold omelet. If desired, secure the latch and return to microwave for 10 seconds to further melt cheese.
