Try the better audio or spdif cable;
Try to switch the Audio mode " ADV, 2CH, 5.1CH" on unit
2. How to use it for ARC function
Confirm that the TV must support ARC and turn on it. Then plug HDMI cable on " HDMI OUT " port of Tendak converter and the other end is to plug "HDMI ARC" port on the TV. Finally, you can get audio via SPDIF. Please note that It only use audio via SPDIF if use ARC.
3. Does not work totally
Please check that if all cable is connected well and correctly, if all cables work well and if all devices and adapters are in the condition of supplying power;
Try to set the resolution of HDMI source to 1080P or lower
