INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Use vinyl cutting plotter to carve the pattern you want. Be sure to cut your design in reverse on the dull side..
2. Weed the sheet with care. If it is not easy to weed, you are probably cutting on the wrong side.
3. Place the sheet on your receiving material cut-side down/final color facing up. For best results, cover with a Teflon sheet.
4. Regulate the temperature of the heat transfer machine to 140 degrees Celsius or 284 degrees Farenheit. Next, press it for 8 to 10 seconds.
5. Please note this vinyl should be peeled while hot! Do not allow it to cool. While hot, peel off the clear film on its surface.

Application Instruction:
1.Pick you design.
2.Reverse the pattern and cut it onto the vinyl sheet with a craft cutter.
3.Weed out the excess to reveal the pattern.
4.Heat an iron on medium setting Pre-heat your iron to 160C,NO STEAM.
5.Warm the material on which the design is to be transferred.
6.Make sure there are no wrinkles on the material.
7.Place the design, glossy side up, on your cloth.
8.Place teflon sheet over the vinyl sheet.
9.Use the iron with medium pressure on the pattern to transfer it to the garment.
10.Press for 10-15 seconds over the entire pattern and remove the iron.
11.Check the design, if any part of the design lifts or peels, replace the Teflon sheet and reapply pressure for another 5-10 seconds.
12.Cool peel off the backing and your garment is ready.
How to heat transfer?
Transfer Time:10-15s
Peeling method: Cool peeling
Transfer temperature: 150-160C
Transfer pressure: 20-30P (Above 0.2kgf/cm^2)
Note:
1.These vinyl sheets are COLD PEEL.
2.If you are having trouble, try turning the shirt 90 degrees and pressing again, this should eliminate problems from cold spots.
3.If you've already ruined one shirt, keep using it to experiment. Cut small pieces of heat transfer and try raising or lowering your temperature, or pressing longer or for less time.
4.Keep in mind that more is not necessarily better. Often when people have trouble they raise the temperature but that may be the wrong thing to do, sometimes you need to lower it.
5.Not suggest to make tiny pictures or thin lines(because if the picture you want leave the layer, it should be stick again by glue)

Siser EasyWeed is a polyurethane, ready-to-cut material designed for custom garment decoration. EasyWeed is in a league of its own because of its pressure sensitive carrier. This feature allows you to weed small letters and fine designs easily. Much thinner than other film materials, EasyWeed offers excellent durability, even after repeated washings. It's great for player names and numbers or adding personalization to corporate wear. Because of its thinness, it's extremely easy to cut, weed, and heat apply and is perfect for single color or multi-layered applications. Application Instructions: - All designs must be cut in reverse - Preheat garment in heat press at 302F degrees for 4 seconds - Position EasyWeed application on garment, Heat apply at 302F degrees for 10-15 seconds, medium pressure - Peel hot. Please note that the actual length could be 14.75" in some cases.
