The tank holds up to a ONE GALLON! of your favorite injection fluid. It has FOUR 14 Gauge needles spaced out at the perfect distance. Out of the box you will find the Injector fully assembled all you have to do is clean it with HOT soapy water and bleach. Then flush it with clean hot water until all the soap and bleach is gone! (Make sure you do this before and after EACH use) When your ready to inject, fill your injector at least a 1/4 full with your injection, pump up, and pull the trigger! Using tips:
1.Please feel relieved about usage if you find oil on the meat tenderizer. Oil is the substance that lubricates plunger. When first use,if the plunger was too tight, please coat
the o-rings lightly with vegetable oil or food safe mineral oil, and then try again
2. Eliminate the bones or thaw frozen meat firstly before you use the item to prevent breaking blades.
Using Steps:
Step1: Clean the tenderizer. Highly recommend to disassemble the flavour injector and then clean it thoroughly before the first time using
Step2: Place roast, steak, fishh or other cut of meat on the cutting board.Twist tenderizer to unlock blades when in use
Step3: Gently press your meat tenderizer on the top of the steak,roast or other cut of meat. Avoid all bones. Repeat this process covering the entire piece of meat over and often as desired
Step4: Turn the piece of meat over repeat the process on the other side for thicker cuts of meat and roasts
Step5: After used, clean your marinade meat injector in dishwasher or warm soapy water and rinse thoroughly.br>
