The Vicenzi family continues the tradition of making Italian fine pastry using family recipes that are preserved in Matilde Vicenzi's original recipe book.Matilde Vicenzi carefully made her biscuits and pastries with passion. Since 1896, she manually wrapped the traditional Amaretti with the paper that inspired this special edition. In 1905 she official registered her first pastry shop on the outskirts of Verona, in San Giovanni Lupatoto, from the latin lupus, which means "wolf", illustrated on the front image. The small artisan pastry shop grew over the years into a company. Today, as in the past, the Pasticceria Matilde Vicenzi brand brings a woman'sw touch to the patisserie tradition and keeps being the symbol of Italian Fine Pastry all over the world.
