Description

The Hampton Fitness IB-HX-HL Multi-Hex Bar with High-Low Dual Grips features a hardened chrome finish that will not chip, flake or peel off. The IB-HX-HL Multi-Hex Olympic Weight Training Bar by Hampton has multiple innovative features that makes performing barbell shrugs and deadlifts more user friendly than most hex shaped weightlifting bars. Dual level grips offer high and low pulling options that accommodate users of all heights. Both of these grips put the hands in a more natural neutral grip similar to performing deadlifts or shrugs with a pair of dumbbells. For shorter users, the bottom set of fixed width handles allows for a lower pulling height off the floor. The high handles sit 4.5" above the lower handles and swivel out of the way (up to 3" wider on each side) to give access to the lower grips. The high grips are ideal for taller users that prefer to pull their deadlifts from just a little higher off the ground. Lifters will also enjoy the open area inside the bar which eliminates any bar contact with the shins or thighs.
