First steps into the IoT world

The ESP8266 WiFi Color Display Kit by ThingPulse is a great way to get started with Internet of Things (IoT) and Arduino compatible micro controller programming.

The kit contains the following components:

• WeMos D1 Mini Pro ESP8266 module, 16MB flash memory, integrated USB-to-Serial converter
• ILI9341 based 320x240 65k color display, XPT2046 based resistive touch screen, SPI interface
• PCB connector board to connect display and ESP8266 module
• USB cable (USB-A to Micro-B)

New: Build a Spotify Remote!

We recently added a new project you can build with this kit: a Spotify Remote Control! Control Play, Pause, Next Song, Previous Song by using the touch screen.
