When popped, sorghum looks and tastes just like miniature premium popcorn, only slightly nuttier and with an awesome crunch. It's low in calories and fat, gluten free, corn free, peanut and tree nut free, and best of all, it has no hulls to get stuck in your teeth!

Pop with or without oil (we find it's easier to pop without) - on the stove, in the microwave, or in specific hot air poppers (contact us for info).

It makes a great snack for young and old alike. Don't be fooled by the small size, a single serving size will fill you up more than a single serving of popcorn.
