The SMR-260 is a fast dry, easy sanding 2K epoxy primer with great color and gloss holdout. SURFACE PREPARATIONS Clean surface with a Wax and Grease Remover. Sand metals or old paint with 180-220 grit and re-clean. SPRAY GUN SETUP HVLP Gun: Fluid Tip 1.3-1.6 mm, Spray Pressure 8-10 psi APPLICATION Epoxy Primer should be applied in medium wet coats, with a 10-minute flash period between each (at 70 F). One to two coats is enough to achieve the desired dry film thickness. Epoxy primer may be topcoated after approximately 30 minutes per coat, or up to about 3 days. After three days, the primer MUST be sanded prior to topcoat application. SAFETY This product was designed for and is intended solely for use by trained professionals.
